Climate
Mexico City has an agreeable climate and temperatures year-round.
However, there may be brusque changes in temperature and the
mornings and afternoons can be surprisingly cool even in the
hottest months due to Mexico City's altitude. The hottest
months are May, June and July.
Exchange
Rate
Mexico's official currency is the Peso. Right now the exchange
rate is around $10 Pesos to $1 US Dollar, with slight variations
each day.
Transportation
The best way to get around Mexico City is by taxi. We recommend
you only use authorized airport taxis, radio taxis or hotel
and restaurant taxi stands.

Health
Remember that Mexico City is located at 7,200 feet above sea level.
Remember not to overdo it for the first several days of your trip.
We also recommend you drink only bottled water. Other than that,
most standards of cleanliness and hygiene in Mexico City coincide
with modern expectations.
