Most companies are at least beginning to investigate how the use of social tools might impact their business. Due to the popular commercial use of these tools, it is often difficult to understand how what some consider a “diversion” can actually be a great benefit to their corporate business.
During this session, we’ll discuss a number of customer-identified business pains and the associated social tools that can help address them. This won’t be a session about the technology involved and “how” this can be done — rather we’ll spend this time uncovering the “why”, the business perspective and what this means to the end user as well as the increased innovation for the larger organization.
